Nickel Alloy Incoloy 800H Bar
Incoloy 800HT provides excellent resistance in sulfuric acid environments and maintains good performance in chloride, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid solutions. The alloy contains niobium for stabilization against sensitization and intergranular corrosion.
Incoloy 800H is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy widely used in high-pressure structures at elevated temperatures. Its high strength results from carbon, aluminum, and titanium additions, with annealing at minimum 1149°C to achieve ASTM5 or coarser grain size. The alloy maintains excellent corrosion resistance, stress corrosion resistance, and processability in high-temperature water-based media up to 500°C.
