Composed of Ni, Cr, Mo, Fe, and Si elements, Hastelloy alloys belong to the Ni-Mo, Ni-Cr-Mo, and Ni-Si series within nickel-based alloys. Key physical properties include density of 9.2 g/cm³, melting point range of 1330-1380°C, and magnetic permeability ≤1.001.
