GH3128 (GH128) is a nickel-based alloy solid solution reinforced with tungsten and molybdenum, with grain boundaries strengthened by boron, cerium, and zirconium. This high-performance material offers superior plasticity, excellent creep strength, and outstanding oxidation resistance, along with excellent stamping and welding capabilities. Its comprehensive performance exceeds similar nickel-based solid solution alloys like GH3044 and GH3536.

Processing Requirements
  • Forging temperature control: Ingot forging should not exceed 700°C, with final forging above 900°C
  • Grain size management: Closely related to deformation degree and final forging temperature
  • Welding compatibility: Supports argon arc welding, spot welding, and seam welding methods
