Product Description
Alloy 825 control lines are engineered for demanding oil and gas applications, providing reliable performance in downhole operations including hydraulic control, chemical injection, and signal transmission. These control lines deliver exceptional performance in high-pressure, high-temperature environments with corrosive elements like hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and carbon dioxide (CO₂).
Material Composition
Alloy 825 (UNS N08825) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy enhanced with molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This composition delivers superior resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, stress-corrosion cracking, and localized corrosion including pitting and crevice corrosion.
