Product Introduction
The S-B9B automatic punching machine is suitable for punching tank covers, electromagnetic shell covers, and shell bodies. The stacked long iron sheets are pushed up through an hydraulic cylinder (which can also be connected to the automatic feeding machine S-B18-2M), and then fed into the feeding table one by one by a suction cup. The reciprocating feeding push rod in the feeding table, in conjunction with the punch timing, pushes the iron sheet into the stamping die. The stamped can cover (or electromagnetic shell cover body) is discharged from the rear through a capper (or high-pressure air), while the iron sheet waste is discharged from the side through a pressure wheel. The stamping die is made of special alloy steel, which is sturdy and durable. The automatic lubrication pump and multiple safety designs make maintenance easy and operation safe.
