Main technical performance:
1. The coating roller and pressure roller are driven by separate motors;

2. The rubber drum adopts an end tooth clutch and bolt clamping, and disassembly is controlled by a cylinder;

3. Rubber roller circumferential direction: The circumferential position of the rubber roller can be adjusted during machine operation, with a range of ± 11mm;

4. The coating thickness can be adjusted synchronously with a handwheel or separately on both sides;

5. Side gauge system: fixed side: small diameter roller positioning; Elastic side: controlled by cylinder;

6. Pushing head: Single positioning pushing head, adjusted on the operating side through electromagnetic clutch;

7. Front gauge: There are three front gauges on the positioning drum, which can be combined according to the requirement of leaving space;

8. All clutch systems are controlled by cylinders;

9. The dual scraper system, combined with a wetting device, ensures that there is no residue on the pressure drum. The disassembly and assembly of the scraper is completed on the operating side, or a single scraper device can be used without cleaning and without material on the back, which can greatly reduce production costs;

10. The scraper pressure is adjusted by controlling the air pressure;

11. The feeder (Feida) adopts an electric mechanism for synchronous adjustment, which can be dynamically adjusted during machine operation;.
