Our concrete recycling machine addresses the critical need for environmental protection in the concrete industry. It enables ready-mix factories to minimize environmental impact by processing residual concrete from daily cleaning operations of concrete mixers, pumps, and transit mixers.
This system prevents pollution of underground natural resources while reducing production costs through material reuse.

Clean water pond for reuse in production
Operation Process
Residual concrete is discharged into the washing tank, where clean water transports it to the sand and stone separator. The separator processes materials through two discharge openings:
Stone discharge (≥7mm particles)
Sand discharge (1-7mm particles)
Waste water flows through settling ponds in sequence, with final water pumped to the clean water tank for reuse in concrete production or cleaning operations.
