Our Process
1. Design: Your drawings submitted. (pdf, ai, eps, etc.)This includes determining the dimensions, shape, and features of the case.
2. Cutting and machining: The extruded aluminum profiles are then cut into the required length and further machined to create slots, holes, and other features.
3. Extrusion: aluminum billets or logs are heated and forced through a die to create a continuous profile with the desired shape and dimensions.
4. Surface treatment: Aluminum cases are often subjected to surface treatments to improve their appearance and protect them from corrosion.(anodizing, powder coating, or painting.)
5. Foam insert: CNC foam cutting machine enables quick and cost-effective hole milling service
6. Assembly: Once the individual components of the case are ready, this involves using fasteners such as screws, rivets, or welding to join the different parts.
