Q2: Can I have my logo on your products? / Can you design the logo if I provide you the details?
Yes. We do both OEM & ODM. We have a professional team with rich experience in designing and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help carry out them into perfect products.
Q3: What are the artwork requirements?
1. AI/PSD/PDF/CDR format
2. pictures at least 300 DPI
3. CMYK color
4. full bleed each side about 0.12 inches (3mm)
Q4: Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We can offer free white unprinted samples for you to check the quality. If you want customized sample, we can also produce according to your requirements.
Q5: When should I receive the sample?
Usually the sample will be completed within 2 to 3 days, and the express delivery takes around 4-9 days.
Q6: How long will production and shipping take?
Production will be depending on the quantity. Shipping usually takes 4-9 days by express delivery and around 30 days by ship.
Q7: Do you check the finished products?
Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.
