Shanbao Machinery founded in 1989, is a large-scale professional manufacturer of feed machinery fittings, integrating production, sales, and service. We have produced different roller shells for famous machines, like Buhler, CPM, Andritz and others. The roller shell is another important accessory of the pellet mill. The rollers work together with the dies to granulate the feed.

Shanbao Machinery Roller Shells:

We use GCr15 high chromium stainless bearing steel as the raw material to ensure high hardness and long wear resistance from the beginning; Precisely control the roller shell sizes to ensure the coaxiality of inner and outer circles are less than 0.05mm and geometric accuracy of the outer circle is less than 0.2mm; with surface hardness 58-61 HRC and surface roughness of bearing bore is Ra 0.8-1.6. Our roller shell's hardness and hardness depth are guaranteed after a long time of heat treatment and tempering.

HOW TO SELECT THE ROLLER SHELLS TYPE:

Straight teeth: have a strong rolling capacity but the materials will be dropped from the two sides.

Closed-end teeth: have a strong rolling capacity and the materials will not be dropped from the two sides. Because the material is easy to slip leads to uneven wear, and is widely used in livestock and poultry feed production.

Full Dimples: Poor rolling capacity, but the materials won’t be dropped from the sides with even wear.

Suggest to choose hole+teeth for stronger roller capacity and even wear.
