The installation
Our new steel structure is easier to install. It is 2000 square meters and can be completed by 5 workers in 1 week.
(1) The main steel frame (structure) is connected with high strength bolts, without on-site welding. Its installation is similar to building blocks.
(2) Two types of purlins will be used for the roof and walls of our steel structure. (At least 4 types of purlins will be used by other manufacturers for roofs and walls.) Therefore, it can be constructed more easily without further differentiation.
(3) The combination of chemical bolts and chemical glue prohibits the complex steel cage foundation structure in the traditional steel structure, making the site construction more convenient. The columns are more easily aligned, so the steel structure is on the same horizontal line.
(4) The building installation drawings are easier to understand, and can be installed with installation videos to reduce operating costs.
