ZR-010 metal polymer plain bearing features a low carbon steel backing with sintered bronze powder and PTFE mixture. This composite DU bushing is also known as coated self-lubricating bearing, PTFE lined dry sliding bearing, SF-1 oilless bearing, LFB oil free bushes, and PTFE lined self lubricating bushes.

• PTFE/Pb mixture (0.01-0.03mm): Sliding layer providing excellent initial transfer film that coats mating surfaces with homogeneous oxide type solid lubricant
• Porous bronze (0.2-0.3mm): Maximizes thermal conductivity away from bearing surface and serves as reservoir for PTFE-lead mixture
