ZR-014 self-lubricating bearing features a three-layer composite structure with steel backing, sintered bronze powder intermediate layer, and PTFE mixture sliding surface. Engineered specifically for reciprocating motion applications, this bearing operates effectively even during sudden lubrication interruptions.

- PTFE with copper layer: 0.01-0.03mm thickness
- Porous bronze intermediate layer: 0.2-0.3mm thickness
- Steel backing: 0.7-2.3mm thickness
- Surface plating: Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm
