ZR-035 friction welding bimetal bearing combines bimetal rolling bearing and bimetal thrust washer through welding technology. The sliding surface features copper alloy for superior lubrication and shaft protection, while the steel backing provides enhanced load capacity and cost efficiency.
Material Structure
- Sinter Bronze with Graphite: Liner material CuPb10Sn10 offers excellent wear resistance, low friction, and high load capacity. Can be machined post-installation for precision tolerance. Optional PTFE or graphite coatings available for reduced startup friction.
- Metal Backing: Low carbon steel provides exceptional load carrying capacity and superior heat dissipation properties.
