Q1: Do you have certificates?
A1: Yes, we have certification like CE, RoHS, CCC, FCC, ISO9001, etc; and for specific certification for some countries, we can help apply for these certificates. Furthermore, we can also provide certificate of origin.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A2: Each type of product has its own lead time, thus, for the lead time, please advise us what products you are interested in and what is your quantity towards the product. As for this products, for small trial order or sample order, usually it takes about 7~15 days; and for bulk order, it depends on quantity, bulk order usually for usually for: 40HQ*1, it takes about 25 days.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: MOQ depends on product. Please contact us to check the MOQ based on the products that your are interested in.
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A4: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc terms. If you have your own shipping agent, you can deal with us in EXW or FOB; If you do not have forwarder, we suggest you deal with us in CIF or DAP terms. For shipping time, it depends on the destination country; and we can talk with and confirm it before we sign contract with each other.
Q5: Is it OK to print our own logo to the products?
A5: Yes. We provide OEM service. You can print your own brand and logo on our products. Just advise us and give us logo icon before we confirm and start producing. By the way, we also support no brand production. If you want to use our own brand “HKB”, it is also OK.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A6: First, our products are produced in very strict quality control system under our expert QC and QA team. Second, we will prepare some spare parts in proportion to your order quantity and provide tel-technology support.
Q7: How to proceed an order for our products?
A7: First, advise us what products you need and the quantity and the parameter of them. Please be sure to let us know all details of your requirement. Second, we quote according to your requirement and will give us suggestion if you need. Third, you place the order and transfer deposit to confirm the order. Fourth, we start our production and QA test. Fifth, you pay for the balance to close the order, and we help deliver or ship at your requirement.
