4 Phase Rated Current 2000A Metal Enclosed 11KV GIS Low Voltage Switchgear
4 Phase Rated Current 2000A Metal Enclosed 11KV GIS Low Voltage Switchgear
Product Description
It consists of modular cubicles that house the electrical components. The components are mounted on draw-out carriages that can be withdrawn for maintenance or replacement without de-energizing the entire switchgear.
• The switchgear includes components like circuit breakers, switches, busbars, protective relays, instruments and control devices.
• It allows for easy access, operation, maintenance and replacement of components while the switchgear is energized. The withdrawable units can be safely isolated and removed for testing or repair.
• The modular design provides flexibility for future expansions by simply adding new cubicles.
• It has a compact design to save space while offering high performance, reliability and safety. The sealed construction protects the components from dust, moisture and contamination.
• Advanced insulation materials are used to withstand high internal temperatures and dielectric stresses.
• Safety shutters provide isolation and protection when panels are opened for maintenance. Interlocks prevent access to live parts when shutters are open.
So in summary, low-voltage draw-out switchgear combines modularity, accessibility, reliability, safety and flexibility in a compact design suited for demanding industrial and commercial applications. The key benefits come from the withdrawable units that allow live maintenance and servicing.

Material
- The cabinet door undergoes a double beveled edge process, doubling its structural strength with the same material.
- The installation holes all utilize a multi-layer stamping and stretching process, minimizing wire dislocation by over 80%.
- The inlet and outlet holes employ a composite structure of knockdown holes and square holes, allowing flexible selection during on-site installation.
- The box undergoes a double folding procedure, doubling its structural strength with the same material.
- The control circuit adopts a composite design of commissioning mode and fire protection mode, greatly reducing the burning of fan and water pump equipment intended for fire protection during commissioning.
