Product Description
Box-type substations are mainly composed of multi-circuit high-voltage switchgear systems, armored busbars, substation integrated automation systems, communications, remote control, metering, capacitor compensation and DC power supplies, installed in a steel structure box with moisture, rust, dust, rat, fire and theft prevention, heat insulation, full enclosure, movable, integrating mechanical and electrical systems, fully enclosed operation.
Technologically advanced and reliable
The box body adopts leading domestic technology and processes. The outer shell is generally made of aluminum-zinc-coated steel plates, and the frame uses standard container materials and processes with good anti-corrosion performance, ensuring no corrosion for 20 years. The inner plates use aluminum alloy clamping plates, the sandwich layer uses fireproof and heat insulation materials, air conditioners and dehumidifiers are installed in the box body, so that the equipment can run normally under the harsh environment of -40°C ~ +40°C without being affected by the natural climate and external pollution. The equipment adopts fully enclosed high voltage cabinets (such as xgn type), dry transformers, dry reactors, vacuum circuit breakers, spring operating mechanisms, rotating isolating switches and other leading domestic equipment. The products have no exposed live parts and are of full-enclosed and fully insulated structure, which can achieve zero electrocution accidents and realize oil-free operation for the whole station, with high safety.
High automation
The whole station is intelligently designed. The protection system adopts an integrated automation system for substations. Distributed installation can realize "four remotes", i.e. remote measurement, remote signal, remote control and remote adjustment. Each unit has an independent operating function and complete relay protection functions. The operation parameters can be set remotely, and the humidity and temperature inside the box body can be controlled and remotely alarmed for smoke, meeting the requirements of unmanned duty...
