With bacteria managing much of the treatment process, the parts in an MBBR system can stay in better condition. As a result, the system optimizes the amount of water flowing through the pumps.

Process life span:

The biofilm media carriers that hold an MBBR system’s bacteria have a long life expectancy. In turn, the system’s process lifespan also increases.

SSI HAS RETHINKED MBBR TECHNOLOGY

Active biological filler biofilm process only needs to increase the amount of filler casting on the basis of the original pool to meet the demand for improving the load of influent water or improving the quality of effluent water, without the need for a new treatment pool, year-on-year savings of 1/2 to 3/4 of the occupied area.
