DESCRIPTION

1) On the surface of the bio-rope, ammonia nitrogen is reduced by the proliferation of aerobic microorganisms, and biological denitrification is achieved by the proliferation of anaerobic microorganisms inside the bio-rope.
(2) The bio-rope is in the shape of a rope, so the shape can be freely selected and changed when it is installed.
(3) The bio-rope is in a ring shape, which can avoid excessive peeling of the biofilm due to the impact of water flow.
(4) By shaking the bio-rope in the wastewater, it can not only absorb dissolved oxygen in the water, but also improve the contact efficiency with water and the removal rate of organic matter.
(5) Bio-rope has many achievements in the treatment of low-concentration wastewater. It can also effectively treat wastewater in high-concentration reactors (wastewater BOD value of several thousand ppm or more) where contact materials are easily clogged.

How it works :
 
When Bio-Cord is manufactured, it leaves the factory with a slightly positive charge. Placed in water, it attracts microbes, which by nature have a slightly negative charge. The structure of the Bio-Cord also attracts the microbes. Because of this, Bio-Cord is the choice media for microorganisms to live and grow on. The microbes adhere to the threads and perform biodegradation. This is done in a three-step process including an anaerobic step for optimum solids removal (instantaneous breakdown).
