DESCRIPTION

The microorganisms attached to the surface of the biological rope come into contact with the wastewater, oxidizing and decomposing the organic matter in the wastewater to achieve water purification. Near the center of the biological rope, due to the reduction of dissolved oxygen, an anaerobic state is easily generated, and these microorganisms can consume the nitrate nitrogen in the water, thereby achieving the effect of denitrification. For the above reasons, even if the load of wastewater flowing into the biological reactor changes, the microorganisms attached to the biological rope can adjust themselves to maintain the wastewater treatment effect. Using biological ropes to purify river water is a method of biological purification based on the original self-purification function of river water.
 
How it works :
 
When Bio-Cord is manufactured, it leaves the factory with a slightly positive charge. Placed in water, it attracts microbes, which by nature have a slightly negative charge. The structure of the Bio-Cord also attracts the microbes. Because of this, Bio-Cord is the choice media for microorganisms to live and grow on. The microbes adhere to the threads and perform biodegradation. This is done in a three-step process including an anaerobic step for optimum solids removal (instantaneous breakdown).
