This bio media is a virgin HDPE MBBR biofilm carrier with a specific surface area of 800 m²/m³, used as filter media in moving bed biofilm reactors for WWTP and ETP plants. The high void ratio and controlled dosing ratio create an ideal environment for nitrifying and heterotrophic biofilm, delivering stable BOD5 and COD removal for municipal and industrial plants in Latin America, South America and South Africa.
