Q: Wonder if you accept small orders?
A: Yes, we accept small orders. Please feel free to contact us In order to make better service and give our clients more convenience, we welcome small orders.

Q: How can I place the order?
A: Sign the PI, pay the deposit, then we will arrange the production for you. After finished the production, we need you pay balance. Finally, we will ship the goods.

Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T,Western Union,Western Union,and L/C. This is negotiable.

Q:When's the delivery time for the order?
A: 7-25 days after the receipt of deposit. It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

Q:Is it OK to print my logo on solar light product?
A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q: Can we make our own package design?
A: Yes sure, please confirm the package details to our sales people when you make the order.

Q:What is the shipping method?
A:It could be shipped by sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect).Please confirm with us before placing orders.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority! Our Quality control is generally make in each step of a manufacturing ,

We always attaches great importance to quality controlling at whole production process

1). First, we have ISO9001,CCC,CE certification, so for all the production process , we have standard rules

2). Secondly, we have QC team , two parts, one is in the factory to control producing, the other is as third party, inspect the goods for our customers.
3). Thirdly, we have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again

4). Finally, We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment, human rights and other aspects like no children labor, no prisoners labor and so on

Q: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we can. We can do OEM & ODM for all the customers with customized artworks of PDF or AI format.

Q: When can I get the quotation ?
A: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation. Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.
