The heating plate is solid which drilled holes, and the oil circuit is arranged reasonably and evenly, so that the heating speed and temperature of the hot plate are even. After the surface of the hot plate is milled and roughly ground, the surface of the hot plate is subjected to secondary finishing with a CNC grinder. The plane precision is within 0.15mm.
Our got press machine use H steel. The factories use welded steel plate. H steel is much stronger than the welded steel plate because welded steel plate is easily to be bent.
Oil cylinder It is processed by precision numerical control and adopts imported oil seal, without oil leakage.
The cylinders we use are with 4 seals. 1st seal on the outside is dust against seal to keep dust out of the cylinders. 2nd seal is V polyurethane seal. It is to hold the oils inside the cylinder. So when lifting, the cylinders are dry and clean. 3rd seal is O type rubber seal. It is to keep the oil in the oil groove inside the cylinders. 4th seal is skeleton oil seal. The others use skeleton oil seal only.
High quality carbon solid steel plate, and the oil path in the plate is deep-drilled, the pipeline is more dredged and heated evenly, and it has good anti-leakage and pressure resistance performance. Both sides of the pressing plate are finished by a
surface grinder, which not only ensures that the extruded product is flat and beautiful, and the surface roughness of the pressing plate is 0.8 μm. The others are only 1.6μm. This keeps the average temperature. this point is very important. And can withstand
more pressure, not easy to deform, toast and durable.
