Feature of Plywood Hot Press Machine:

2. The hot oil circulating pump is purchased from Oakland Pump Company. The electric heating heat transfer oil furnace uses stainless steel electric heating tubes. The heat transfer oil circulates in the hot plate to ensure the temperature of the hot plate rises quickly. The heating system adopts dual temperature controllers for constant temperature control. The dual temperature controllers monitor the temperature fluctuations of the electric furnace and the hot platen respectively, which can effectively ensure the constant temperature effect of the hot plate temperature, and also play a role in saving energy during normal work.
3. The hydraulic system of this machine adopts hydraulic components and high and low pressure oil pumps from Taiwan Qingtian, and is equipped with a special motor for three-leaf 5.5kw oil pumps, and the lifting speed is about 40mm/S.
