Casting Iron Machine Frame
Machine frame and working table adopt quality casting iron, which can keep the stable performance and good accuracy.
Durable working table
The table surface is hard chrome plated and precision ground for extremely smooth feeding and maximum wear resistance.
The four table rollers provide superior feeding performance.
Well laid-out pressure spikes
The pressure spikes are in an overlapped layout with a minimum of gaps that hold the work pieces firmly and evening ensureing shake-free feeding, even for short work pieces.
Optional spiral cutter head
The spiral cutter head is precision machined povideds extremely fine surface of cut with minimum noise. The helical cutter head is fitted with throw-away T.C.T knife bits.
Digital positioning control
The thickness of cut can be controlled by a digital positioning control. Once the preset position is reached, the table elevation stops automatically. It is very accuracy and the operations is very easy.
Feeding system with frequency converter control for adjusting speed.
Automatic lubricator
The automatic lubricator delivers frequent lubrication oil to the caterpillar chain.
