Ⅰ Machinery Performance and Characteristic
1. Characteristic: The double saws cut at the same time. Treading on the foot switch for the first time to press the work piece.
Treading on the foot switch for the second time to cut. Then the blades reset.
2. To connect to the power source and air press(removing the blades before machine test). To press the start switch and turn off
at once to make sure the running direction. Right direction: double saws run from up to down. If the running direction is
opposite, we should change the connection of the wires.
3. After making sure the right running direction, fix on the blades. Make sure the right installation to tight up the blades when
running. If not, the blades will be loose.
4. The air handler fixed on the side of the machine. According to the pressure gauge to adjust the air pressure.
5. The left bottle of the air handler is used to separate the water and the air. When stopping working and cutting off the air
supply, the water will flow out from the bottom. The right bottle contains lubricant oil. To add upscale oil every month. Working
pressure is 0.5-0.7Mpa, the cylinder pressure is 0.2-0.4Mpa.
6. The air inlet of the cylinder is throttle valve. It can control the cylinder speed. Turning clockwise to slow down the speed
and anticlockwise to speed up.
7. There are 2 oil guns with the machine. When cutting the materials, the lubricating oil can lower the temperature of the
materials and lubricate the cutting slot. The oil volume is up to the air output. To control the oil volume by adjusting the screw
rod on the oil gun.(it is unnecessary when cutting wood material). Upscale oil should be used.

Ⅲ Machinery Fault Reason and Solutions
1. If the cylinders can’t press the workpiece. To check the waste workpiece to see whether the travel switch(CZA-7144) is stopped.
Clean the waste.
2. The cylinder can’t return after pressing down, that is the saw blades can not raise. The travel switch AZ8104 is wear out. To
change it.
3. The machine can start well, but without any reaction when treading on the switch. To check the intermediate relay. To tread on
the switch once, the first light is on and the third light is on all the time, to tread on the switch twice, the second light is
on and the fourth light is on all the time.(from left to right)
Remark: There’s no need to fill oil to the bearings on the main spindle, it can be used at least 5 years. Non-professionals should
not adjust the machine to avoid unnecessary trouble.
