1. Machine structure
ZHJ-120D machine include 6 units:
Paper unwinding stand,Gluing unit, Wrapping unit, Forming unit, Cutting unit, Stacker unit
Paper roll pass through above 6 units according to priority, finally cut off at cutting unit.

2. Main unit instroduction

a. Main machine parts
Forming unit and cutting unit is most important two parts.
Use servo motor to drive cutter to keep high cutting accuracy.

b. Safety protection
* When machine running, other people don't get close to the machine and
don't operate the control pannel, except the operator.
* People dont stand in front of the cutting unit when machine running. This is
for preventing edge board hurt people.
* Operator's hand should not get close to the cutter or forming wheels when
machine running or testing the cutter.
