ZFQ-2000P Slitting and Perfoating Machine 

Characteristics:

• FQ-P paper slitting and perforating machine is for slitting jumbo paper reel into small paper reels with required width. And the machine can perforating holes on the paper before slitting.
• The paper with holes is used for cloth cutting machine.
• Shaftless type hydraulic stand.
• Electric control for hydraulic stand up/down and left/right moving.
• Suspension type tension control system can keep tension fixed.
• Heavy duty slitting part for good slitting quality.
• Frequency converter for controlling synchronous belt with low noise.
• Keep 1-2mm distance between every two neighboring small paper reels.
• Single ground roller type rewinding part. It is with low center of gravity and is easy for unloading paper reels after rewinding.
• Automatic counter can count the output length and stop the machine when finish selected length.
• A perforating device can make small holes on paper before slitting. Customer can choose to use it or not use it when slitting jumbo roll.
