Semi-automatic Folder Gluer

Description:

MH-3000Z is for two-pieces cardboard gluing and folding to a cardboard box.

This machine include five units:

1. Feeder

Equipped with 2*3KW horizontal vortex suction pumps, which greatly enhance the intensity of air suction, thereby ensuring the stability of paper transportation.

Feeding by 2*1KW servo motors, the paper feeding length can be adjusted arbitrarily to ensure the accuracy of paper feeding.

2. Gluing unit*2

Gluing part: The middle butt joint part adopts cold glue & hot glue system for integrated fixation. The hot melt glue plays a shaping role and the cold glue plays a bonding role. This design eliminates the phenomenon of glue opening and explosion caused by a single hot-melt adhesive bonding due to seasonal changes, and the hot-melt glue bursting as soon as the finished product box enters the cold storage;

3. Conveying unit

The intermediate transmission system adopts 3KW Zhejiang Mitsubishi reduction motor transmission, and also has electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake as backup transmission;

Note: 1. The paper feeding direction is reduced by 250mm when the grinding device is installed.
