Description:

The self-developed corrugated cardboard counting machine is a universal counting device specifically for stacking corrugated cardboard. The CCD visual photo is used to obtain the corrugated cardboard end-surface image. Based on the deep learning algorithm to get the corrugated features of each layer, and numbers of board sheet will be accurately replaced. It can be quickly deployed in the second-level cardboard factory and third-level carton factories to solve the untraceable problem of incompetence in various aspects such as production, warehousing, and transportation.

Note: For the even-numbered layer corrugated cardboard, if the corrugating to corrugating stacking method is used, it may cause the identification error. The schematic diagram is as follows:

The buyer is obliged to provide all types and materials for the seller's assessment during the project assessment stage. Otherwise, the plan designed by the seller may not cover all products, and the project's failure or additional cost liability will be borne by the buyer.

Equipment composition:

• Lifting guide rail: The height can be customized, and the image collection module during the equipment operation will do a lifting movement on this guide rail.
• Touch monitor: Machine operating with touch monitor.
• Printer: to print real-time calculated quantity of cardboard.
• Electric control cabinet: contains key components such as move control, image collection parts, industrial personal computer and etc.
• Image acquisition module: contains cameras, lens, light sources, sensors and other components, which are used in real-time collection of corrugated cardboard images.

Working Process:

The corrugated cardboard is transported from the conveyor line or manually transported to the 500mm~1000mm front of counting machine. The camera shoots the wave pattern side of the corrugated cardboard. After software processing, it comes the quantity of corrugated cardboard and the results are displayed on the touch monitor.
