Characteristics:

• The LAST-4000 automatic stitcher include three parts: Vacuum feeding unit, folding section and stitching unit.
• Control cabinet is digital display, PLC control, can store 100 orders’ information.
• Dual frequency converter running synchronously.
• Auto feeding, auto folding, auto stitching, auto counting, auto lateral output

Details of each unit:

Feeding unit

• Belt lead edge feeder with bottom vacuum suction. Increase feeding accuracy.
• Electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake are used to control the feeder.
• Creasing wheel gap is adjustable, suitable for corrugated board with thickness 5-12mm
• Frequency converter control feeding speed, can track the speed of folding stitching unit
• Feeder side stopper and feeding belt can move in lateral direction

Folding section

• Frequency converter control speed
• Belt transmit paper sheet and do folding job

Stitching unit

• Dual servo motor drive the stitching unit with high accuracy and very few fault
• PLC control and operate on touch screen. Can save order data and running order data
• Switches in electric control cabinet are made in Taiwan
• Nails bending die and wire cutter are made with wearable tungsten alloy steel
• Buttons and switches outside of the electric control cabinet are made in Taiwan
• Order data regulation can be finished in two minutes
• Single stitching (“/ / / / /”), double stitching (“// // // //”)
• Auto counter on feeding unit
• Automatic lateral ejecting after stitching
• Interfacing nails interval could be 30-100mm. Can be selected on touch screen
• Can adjust the machine to make it work on 3-ply board and 5-ply board

Counter ejector

• Automatic counting, automatic calibration, automatic delivery.
