Brief Introduction:

• The thin blade slitter scorer is used for slitting big corrugated sheet into smaller size sheet.
• It is a useful equipment for box manufacturing plant.
• This slitter scorer machine can do pre-creasing, slitting and creasing in one time.

Characteristics:

• Pre-creasing feeding wheel insures corrugated sheet not damaged after creasing.
• 1.2 mm thin edge slitter with electric adjustment, both automatic and manual grinding model are available.
• Total eight shafts: first is pre-creasing shafts, second is slitting blade shaft, third is rubber transmitting roller, forth is creasing wheel shaft.
• Pre-creasing is top shaft with pre-creasing wheel and bottom shaft wrapped with rubber.
• Creasing wheel is male to female type.
