This is a hygienic grade 90° clamp elbow with sampling port, manufactured from premium 304 or 316L stainless steel. It features precision polished internal and external surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.8μm) to meet strict sanitary standards for food, pharmaceutical, and dairy industries. The two ends are designed with quick-fit clamp flanges (TC connections) for tool-free, rapid installation and disassembly. A side-mounted sampling branch allows for on-line, sterile fluid sampling without interrupting production, ensuring process safety and product quality compliance with 3A, FDA, and GMP requirements.
