Description

The convex hole part of the formed product will closely adhere to the mold due to the forming shrinkage, so the demoulding needs a large ejection force.
If only the push rod is used for ejection, the ejection force will be too large, which will lead to the phenomenon of white ejection on the surface of the molded product, and sometimes the convex hole may be broken and remain in the mold. In order to avoid the above bad situation, push tube should be used. By ejecting the end face of the convex hole part with the ejector sleeves, the whole part can be ejected smoothly. In order to improve the strength of the narrow front diameter, it is sometimes necessary to set a step at the root of the ejector sleeves
