Description of spring parameters

1. The outer diameter and color of the spring are determined, and the ultimate pressure value of the spring is also determined. Only by changing the length, the force per millimeter of the spring changes with the length.

2. Spring force per millimeter, also called spring constant K= maximum force/(spring length x compression ratio)

For example

SWF25*100,K=490/(100X0.5)=9.8N/mm

SWF25*125,K=490/(125X0.5)=7.84N/mm

Any length can be calculated by this.

3.Please note that the spring can't be pressed to the limit for a long time, and it is not recommended to splice it up and down, otherwise the service life will be shortened sharply and it will not rebound in place.

4.For yellow, blue and red green tea, the thickness of line diameter increases in turn, the intensity increases in turn, and the compression decreases in turn.

5.Unit conversion: 1Kg=9.8N, empty distance is the gap between spring coils, line width = (outside diameter-inside diameter) /2, line thickness is the thickness of each coil of spring wire when the spring is vertically placed, and maximum stroke = length x ultimate compression ratio.
