Hydraulic winch is widely used in Marine engineering, construction, water conservancy engineering, forestry, mining, wharf and other materials lifting or flat towing. Hydraulic winch is mainly a winch with a larger rated load, and under normal circumstances, the winch above 10T to 5000T is designed as a hydraulic winch.

The working principle of the hydraulic winch is based on the oil as the working medium, the movement is transmitted through the change of the sealing volume, and the power is transmitted through the pressure inside the oil.
1.the power part - the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the oil (hydraulic energy), such as: hydraulic pump.
2.the executive part - the hydraulic pump input oil pressure energy into the mechanical energy to drive the working mechanism. For example: hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor.
3.the control part - used to control and adjust the oil pressure, flow and flow direction, such as: pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve.
4.the auxiliary part - the first three parts are connected together to form a system, which plays the role of oil storage, filtration, measurement and sealing. Examples include pipes and joints, fuel tanks, filters, accumulators, seals and control instruments.

Hydraulic winch structure is mainly composed of hydraulic motor (low speed or high speed motor), hydraulic normally closed multi-disc brake, planetary gearbox, clutch, drum, support shaft, frame, rope press and so on.

The hydraulic motor has high mechanical efficiency, large starting torque, and can be equipped with different distributors according to working conditions, and can also be designed according to user needs directly integrated in the motor oil distributor, such as with balance valve, overload valve, high pressure spindle valve, speed regulating valve or other performance valve, brake, planetary gear box, etc., directly installed in the drum. The drum, supporting shaft and frame are designed according to the mechanical requirements, and the overall structure is simple and reasonable and has enough strength and rigidity. Therefore, the hydraulic winch has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, etc. In terms of performance, it has the characteristics of good safety, high efficiency, large starting torque, good low speed stability, low noise and reliable operation.
