How do we do quality inspection?

As we all know,it is a global information shared world,we have to pay more attention on quality control,it is one of the most important factor to establish long term business relationship.

1.Raw materials standards should be strictly same with requirements.

2.Formula made according to different designs or shades by using qualified raw materials.

3.Color test:before formal production,we will do some test to check the effect.Even though it increases our cost,we could not save this step.

3.During production,we will check the printed decorative PVC film on LED screen,upon any problems found,we will make a solution immediately.

4.Re-rolling:After all the decorative PVC film rolled well on the bobbins:

--we put the big rolls onto re-rolling machine to reroll the film on our standard bobbins.

--When re-rolling finished,we pack them and lay them on wood pallet.

Wellful's daily inspection:

1.Quality of raw materials test according to production standard.

2.Raw materials placed properly on dry and clean warehouse.

3.Everyday's inspection on warehouse .

4.Everyday machine maintenance.

5.Clean up the working plant

we send you our designs by email or catalogues by air.

2.How many meters samples can we get?

Normally around 2 meters/color for free.

3.If our order is less than a container is it accepted?

Yes,only if quantity of each color reaches our MOQ.

We arrange production according to the order placed date,if you need some colors in emergency,we could commmunicate.
