02. Can I request samples to verify product quality?
A:We provide complimentary samples up to 1 meter. For samples exceeding 1 meter, a nominal sample fee will apply. Shipping charges will be incurred in both cases.
03. What are your production timelines and MOQ requirements?
A:Standard lead time ranges from 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. While spot purchases have no minimum order quantity (MOQ), custom orders require a PVC:1,000-meter ,PU：500-meter MOQ. Contact us for project-specific details.
04. What eco-friendly product certifications do you offer?
A:Our dedicated production line specializes in environmentally compliant leather materials, including products meeting REACH, ROHS, and CP10P standards.
05. What payment terms do you require?
A:We require a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance payable prior to shipment.
