Working principle

• The gantry or fork frame of a forward moving forklift can move forward and backward.

• When walking, the fork carries the goods back, so that the center of gravity of the goods is within the support surface;
• The fork forward moving forklift refers to the forklift that is driven by the shelf to move the fork forward beyond the front wheel for operation, and when walking, the fork frame drives the fork to retract back into the support plane.
• The forward moving forklift has two extended legs, which are higher and have two wheels at the front end. The function of the legs is to ensure the stability of the forklift when loaded.
• Compared with plug-in forklifts, the front wheels are larger and the support legs are higher.
• During operation, the support legs cannot be inserted into the bottom of the goods, while the gantry can move along the inner track of the support legs with the entire lifting mechanism.the fork can retract slightly after lifting the goods, ensuring the stability of forklift operation.
• The door frame of the forward moving forklift can move forward along the track on the inner side of the support legs, making it easy to pick up goods. After forking the goods, the gantry is raised to a certain height, and the gantry can return to its original position along the inner track of the support legs, so that the center of gravity of the goods is inside the front and rear support legs of the vehicle, thus ensuring good stability.
