High-Temperature Aramid Kevlar Cord Ropes for Glass Tempering Furnaces
Customized 5.5×5.5mm aramid fiber Kevlar cord ropes designed for use with TamGlass, Landglass, Northglass, Mountain Glass, and Jinglass tempering furnace systems.

Industrial Application
Aramid ropes are specifically engineered for wrapping around rollers in glass tempering furnaces. They facilitate rapid transportation of high-temperature glass through the production line. After glass is heated to extreme temperatures in the furnace, it undergoes rapid cooling via wind grids. The Kevlar roller ropes effectively protect the high-temperature glass from contacting the lower-temperature metal roller tables, preventing cold explosions and eliminating surface scratches.
