Application in Glass Tempering Process
Aramid ropes are precision-wrapped around tempering furnace rollers to facilitate rapid transportation of high-temperature glass. After glass is heated to extreme temperatures within the tempering furnace, it undergoes rapid cooling via wind grid systems. The Kevlar roller rope effectively protects high-temperature glass from direct contact with lower-temperature metal roller tables, preventing cold explosion incidents and eliminating surface scratches.
