Application Benefits
Aramid ropes are wrapped around tempering furnace rollers to facilitate rapid transportation of high-temperature glass. After glass is heated in the tempering furnace, it undergoes rapid cooling via wind grids. The Kevlar roller rope effectively protects high-temperature glass from contacting low-temperature metal roller tables, preventing cold explosions and eliminating surface scratches.
