Question 1: I know little about production line, what should I do?
Don't worry about that. Please tell us your requirements, such as your raw materials, capacity, pellet size, and so on. We will recommend suitable equipment to you and also make a quotation for you.
Question 2: How long is your warranty time?
One year (calculated from the equipment arriving the customer's side). After this period, we will definitely provide you with great support whenever you need. In a word, you will be welcome to contact us with any problems.
Question 3: What equipment does this machine mainly consist of?
This complete pellet production line includes wood crusher, screw feeder, stock bin, granulator, cooling machine, belt conveyor and packing machine.
Question 4: Is the pellet machine dry in and out?
What we usually call dry-in and dry-out means that the raw materials can be processed directly. This is a misunderstanding. It is not a real dry-in and dry-out, because the raw materials used contain a certain percentage of moisture, as long as the overall humidity is between 10%-20%, there is no need to add water, and it can be done directly. If the raw materials are very dry, you can spray a little water, a small amount, about 3%-5%, so that it can be formed well and will not affect storage.
Question 5: Does the pellet machine have any requirements for raw materials?
Raw materials need to be crushed into less than 5mm to enter the granulator. Moisture is 10%-20%.
