Production Process Overview
Raw Material Collection

Raw Material Preparation
Materials are processed to 3-5mm particle size through crushing equipment, ensuring optimal granulation conditions.
Drying Process
Maintains strict moisture control with maximum 18% moisture content requirement for superior pellet formation and structural integrity.
Pelletizing Operation
Features both flat die and ring die configurations for different production scales. Delivers stable operation, strong compression force, high particle density, and excellent molding rates.
Cooling & Packaging
Freshly produced pellets at 80-90°C are cooled to room temperature using specialized cooling equipment, then automatically packaged for storage and distribution.
