Materials under 15cm diameter are directly crushed into sawdust using a cutterhead grinder. Larger materials (over 20cm) require chipping before final grinding.
Moisture content is reduced to approximately 15% using airflow dryers for small outputs or tumble dryers for larger production volumes.
The compression process utilizes natural lignin bonding at temperatures between 70°C-110°C to form pellets without chemical additives.
Cooled pellets are automatically conveyed to packaging systems supporting both seam and heat-sealing methods.
