Product Overview
This 22kW wood pellet mill efficiently converts biomass materials into high-density biofuel pellets with production capacity of 250-350kg/h. The machine is designed for industrial biomass energy production with robust construction and reliable performance.
Production Process
Raw Material Crushing
Utilizes cutting and hammering principles to process wood directly into sawdust. Adjustable screen controls sawdust size, with filtered material flowing from screen bottom for simple operation and high production efficiency.
Drying Process
Material is heated to 50-70°C in drying room, then enters airflow drying for heat exchange reaching above 100°C. Material falls in boiling drying state, evaporating moisture in hot airflow, then filtered through bag filter for finished product output.
For home heating applications with high moisture sawdust, mix with dry sawdust or yard drying is recommended. Optimal moisture content: 12%-20%.
Granulation Process
When granules cool to non-sticky state, they release from mold holes forming uniform particle size products. This low-investment, low-energy consumption equipment is widely used in mechanism charcoal and biomass energy industries.
Working Principle
Motor drives main shaft rotation through reducer, connected to pressing roller shaft. The stationary mold allows pressure roller to press against inner mold surface. Biomass sawdust falls vertically from feed port, distributed evenly on mold inner cavity surface through roller rotation.
Material undergoes high pressure and temperature (50-100°C) during processing, creating physical/chemical changes that form elongated cylindrical solids. Particles are cut by breaking knife and discharged from outlet.
