This wet type twin screw extruder is engineered for high-efficiency floating fish feed production. The internal twin-screw mechanism ensures smooth powder processing, heating fish food above 100°C within the screw barrel. When extruded through metal molds, the sudden temperature drop causes expansion, creating lightweight floating pellets. The system can also produce sinking fish feed by replacing molds and screws, making it the core equipment for complete fish feed production lines.
