Operational Process
The feed production system begins with a pulverizer that crushes raw materials into fine powder. Materials not requiring crushing are directly conveyed via screw conveyor to the mixer. All raw materials are thoroughly blended in the double screw belt mixer before being elevated to the granulator. The finished pellets undergo cooling and screening processes, with standardized particles conveyed to the finished product warehouse.
