Biomass Pellet Production Line Overview
This complete biomass pellet manufacturing system processes rice husks, wood chips, and other biomass materials into high-quality fuel pellets. The production line features integrated equipment for crushing, drying, granulation, cooling, and packaging operations.
Production Process Flow
Chipping Section
Processes logs into small pieces with diameters under 3-5cm to facilitate drying and reduce crushing power requirements.
Crushing Section
Transforms raw materials into fine powder suitable for the granulation process.
Drying Section
Required when raw material moisture exceeds 25%. Includes hot air stove (compatible with wood, pellets, coal, natural gas) and drying machine for precise moisture control.
Granulation Section
Core processing stage using vertical ring die pellet machine to form cylindrical pellets with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm.
Cooling Section
Reduces pellet temperature from 70-90°C to room temperature (±5°C) using countercurrent cooling technology for efficient dust removal and rapid cooling.
Packaging Section
Automated weighing and bagging system transports cooled pellets to finished product storage.
