The 55hp PTO Wood Pellet Machine is a high-capacity biomass processing solution designed for agricultural and industrial applications. With a production capacity of 350-450kg/h, this portable pellet mill converts various biomass materials into compact, high-quality pellets for fuel and feed purposes.

This biomass pellet machine processes various materials including corn stalks, sawdust, rice husks, cotton stalks, weeds, crop stalks, domestic garbage, and factory waste. It's ideal for producing feed granules for farms and rural households, as well as low-temperature granulation of biological bacterial fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and compound fertilizers.

The motor drives the machine's main shaft through a speed reducer. The main shaft connects to the pressure roller shaft, while the mold remains stationary. The pressure roller and mold material rotate through friction, extruding material through the mold. A cutter then trims the extruded material, which falls into the discharge disc and exits through the machine hopper.

Built with nodular cast iron housing and heat-treated main shafts, this machine offers exceptional strength, stability, and resistance to deformation. The granulation chamber features an observation door for easy inspection and maintenance.
